September 28th

Beachwood Display Homes in the Metro area have returned to "Appointment Only":

In metropolitan Melbourne, display homes are allowed to re-open from 28 September for pre-booked 15-minute visits by potential clients.

  • Customers are required to contact the Sales Consultant at their preferred display home to arrange an appointment for a private viewing
  • We will be limiting the visit to 15 minutes and only allowing two visitors from the same household and if necessary their children
  • We will be maintaining the highest standard of hygiene throughout the display including cleaning of all surfaces
  • We will be offering gloves, masks and disinfectant to all attendees and at a bare minimum exercising appropriate distancing measures.
  • All bookings will be confirmed with a permit letter issued by our respective sales consultants, confirming a potential client’s eligibility to travel for the purpose of attending a Display Home inspection appointment.

All measures as outlined in HIA’s Making Space on Site Guidelines for Victorian display homes will also apply.

Please note that clients who want to visit a display home will still not be allowed to travel between metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Stage 4 is far from perfect, but the future remains bright at Beachwood Homes

With the Victorian government’s announcement of Stage 4 restrictions in metro Melbourne, we have seen the abolishment of all non-essential travel during the immediate six weeks from 4th August 2020.

However, in true Beachwood Homes spirit, we have been measured, proactive and nimble in an approach to a less than ideal situation.

We are now interacting online with our customers to ensure we deliver on our promise and commitment to building your dream through unparalleled commitment & service.

New $25,000 Government Home Builder Scheme

At Beachwood Homes, we pride ourselves on being open and honest, ensuring there are no hidden costs or unwelcome surprises for our clients, ensuring their home building journey is an exceptional one from start to finish.

The announcement of the new HomeBuilder scheme this month has presented a potentially wonderful opportunity for many new home builders. Whilst it's a fantastic offer, it is important to note the very specific conditions, eligibility criteria and deadlines that underly eligibility for the federal government grant.

There are many great promotions & promises out there, often establishing unrealistic expectations, aligned with clients being eligible for this $25,000 grant.

We encourage our clients to speak to a Beachwood sales consultant. In upholding the value of transparency, as evident throughout our subsequent service process, we guarantee that you will be guided in the correct & honest direction in having your eligibility assessed by the State Revenue Office of Victoria. The ultimate aim being for you to partake in the HomeBuilder scheme where eligible.
