In light of the fast-changing situation surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus), Beachwood Homes appreciate the duty of care in maintaining open and honest communication during this period of uncertainty.
In metropolitan Melbourne, display homes are allowed to re-open from 28 September for pre-booked 15-minute visits by potential clients.
All measures as outlined in HIA’s Making Space on Site Guidelines for Victorian display homes will also apply.
Please note that clients who want to visit a display home will still not be allowed to travel between metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
With the Victorian government’s announcement of Stage 4 restrictions in metro Melbourne, we have seen the abolishment of all non-essential travel during the immediate six weeks from 4th August 2020.
However, in true Beachwood Homes spirit, we have been measured, proactive and nimble in an approach to a less than ideal situation.
We are now interacting online with our customers to ensure we deliver on our promise and commitment to building your dream through unparalleled commitment & service.
Beachwood Display Homes in the Metro area have returned to "Appointment Only":

At Beachwood Homes, we pride ourselves on being open and honest, ensuring there are no hidden costs or unwelcome surprises for our clients, ensuring their home building journey is an exceptional one from start to finish.
The announcement of the new HomeBuilder scheme this month has presented a potentially wonderful opportunity for many new home builders. Whilst it's a fantastic offer, it is important to note the very specific conditions, eligibility criteria and deadlines that underly eligibility for the federal government grant.
There are many great promotions & promises out there, often establishing unrealistic expectations, aligned with clients being eligible for this $25,000 grant.
We encourage our clients to speak to a Beachwood sales consultant. In upholding the value of transparency, as evident throughout our subsequent service process, we guarantee that you will be guided in the correct & honest direction in having your eligibility assessed by the State Revenue Office of Victoria. The ultimate aim being for you to partake in the HomeBuilder scheme where eligible.

Rest assured that we will continue to follow strict guidelines to keep everyone safe. If you'd prefer a Private Appointment, you can still do so by contacting a Display Home consultant.
Master Builders Victoria can confirm that, on advice from the Victorian Chief Health Officer, clients are still permitted to attend private appointments to view display homes and to meet with builders and consultants to make decisions.
"We have received confirmation from the State Government that Victoria Police will continue to enforce rules in accordance with this interpretation. We appreciate and support the great work that Victoria Police and DHHS are doing to protect our community."
For your peace of mind and reassurance, as at March 24th 2020, we have received affirmation from the Victorian State government and our governing industry body, Master Builders Victoria, that construction remains an essential service to our community.
Our consistent & professional approach to servicing our customers and providing them with the highest quality product will not waiver unless otherwise directed by the government.
On Wednesday the 11th March 2020 the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the outbreak of Coronavirus to be a pandemic. WHO and public health authorities around the world are taking action to contain the outbreak, however, success relies on all sections of society – including businesses and employers – taking measures necessary to help stop the spread.
The management of Beachwood Homes has a duty to their employees and clients to put appropriate measures in place to help keep people safe and to help control the spread of coronavirus. Our response takes into consideration the high level of human contact our employees experience on a day-to-day basis.
