Our dedicated team of Site Manager’s focus is on building your home to the highest quality, and on time. That’s our commitment to you.

We’ll also ensure that at critical stages of construction your build is the best it can be. While we carry out our own regular quality assurance inspections, we also bring in professional independent inspectors to conduct and report on onsite quality and compliance inspections. It's part of our dedication to building the highest quality new home for you, unconditionally.

During construction, you'll see your vacant block transformed into your new home in five stages from foundations to the much-anticipated handover, as outlined below.

First home owners, now that construction is starting, you will be able to apply for the First Home Owner Grant.

Base Stage: Footings & foundations
Frame Stage: Framework
Lock-up Stage: Brickwork & Lock-up
Fixing Stage: Internal & External Finishes
Completion: Finishing touches & Key Handover:

Phase 3: Aftercare, 12 Month Warranty & 25 Year Structural Guarantee

As you settle into living in your home in the first few months after handover, you might notice minor items that need attention.

You can report any concerns to us within 90 days of your handover. At the end of that time we'll also have one of our qualified Warranty Inspectors carry out a final inspection for you. If there are any further items requiring attention during this time, you can trust that we’ll take the appropriate action.

And for the next 25 years of enjoying your home, you can breathe easy knowing that your footings and framework will be covered by our 25-year structural guarantee.
