Nevertheless, there are many options to discover the ideal home design and floorplan for your family in an online setting:

Now in a modern, interactive, on-line setting, our Sales consultant will work with you to present plans and finalise your Tender. Gone is the need for pens and paper, all Tender and Contract Signings are now available online via non-touch DocuSign technology.

Our colour selection appointments continue to be a very tailored experience as they would normally be. Our Colour consultant is based at the Harmony Gallery and is able to present the same experience as a virtual one to customers via live video – making this part of the home building journey an ever-exciting experience.

Whilst respecting the very clear guidelines underpinning the Stage 4 restrictions, we are not experiencing any major onsite delays. Our Supervisors remain forever professional and resilient, whilst the quality fleet of trades that build our wonderful homes mirror our company’s commitment as always. As an essential service under Government directives, Beachwood Homes continues to complete the all-important New Home Handover ceremony. Albeit a little different in terms of the requirement to wear PPE & Socially distance, our recent clients will testify that this celebrity part of the journey is not in any way diluted by the rules we must all abide by under Stage 4.


Admittedly, we are somewhat restricted in terms of attending typical day to day onsite Maintenance & Warranty call-outs. However, in the unlikely case of an urgent request, our warranty supervisor is only happy to attend. Confirming our Aftercare co-ordinators are on standby, as always, to discuss any concerns or queries you may have in relation to your new home.
